The RHF plan online is pre-authorized withdrawals from your credit card for a minimum 6-month commitment

• Minimum 6-month contract
• 1 month written notice is required for CANCELLATION of pre-authorized payments

• Eligible for 1 month free hold each year
• You may freeze your membership for up to 6 months for $5.25 per month.
• 1 month written notice required for HOLDS  

If you are a NEW MEMBER

You will need to go in during staffed hours to the chosen location to fill out a contract/waiver & get set up with your key fob.  Key fobs are a 1-time fee of $31.50 including GST and will provide you with unlimited 24/7 access.  Key fobs are required for each member for contact tracing, security & membership purposes.  An email will be sent to the email you set your account up with to arrange a date you can come in during staffed hours to begin your membership.  Key fobs can be paid in person at time of sign-up or prior to by e-transfer to This email address is being protected from spambots. If the membership is for someone other than who is paying - Please email This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. to advise of the name on the key fob you would like to activate.

If you are a RENEWING MEMBER

If you are a renewing member who wants to change their monthly membership to the RHF plan and already have a key fob -- Please allow us 1 business day to turn your key fob on.  Key fobs are turned on Monday - Friday 11:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. 

A new contract will need to be signed in person agreeing to the terms of the RHF plan outlined above.
